Detailed Itinerary: Your 3-Day Journey

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your Marrakech accommodation. We ascend into the High Atlas Mountains via the winding Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2,260m), with stunning panoramic views. Visit a women's Argan Oil cooperative to learn about this "liquid gold." The morning's highlight is the UNESCO-listed Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, an ancient fortified village and famous film location.

After lunch, we continue past Ouarzazate and travel the "Road of a Thousand Kasbahs" towards the Dades Valley. Check into your valley hotel for dinner and overnight, surrounded by dramatic rock formations.

Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, explore the striking Dades Gorges and its unique "Monkey Fingers" rock formations. Continue to the magnificent Todra Gorges, where 300-meter cliffs tower above a palm-lined river.

The landscape transforms as we approach the Sahara. In Merzouga, trade the vehicle for a camel and embark on a peaceful sunset trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Arrive at your luxury desert camp for a night of Berber hospitality: enjoy a traditional dinner, live music under the stars, and a comfortable stay in a private tent.

Day 3: Merzouga – Southern Oases & Valleys – Agadir

Wake for a mesmerizing Sahara sunrise and breakfast at the camp. Return to Merzouga village to begin a spectacular full-day journey west.

We drive to the ancient caravan town of Rissani, then follow the rugged, scenic route through Alnif and Tazarin into the heart of the Draa Valley. Pass through the stunning ksar villages of Nkob and Agdz, where one of the world's largest palm groves unfolds.

We ascend from the valley, passing through Taznakht (known for carpets), before reaching the saffron capital of Taliouine. The final stretch takes us through the "Little Marrakech" of Taroudant, with its impressive red-earth walls, before a final descent delivers you to your accommodation in Agadir in the early evening.
